A fresh new Look For Christmas

There is a real sense of optimism and excitement right now in our little family run picture framing business.

Since we took over the Romsey Picture Framing high street (…or should we say “The Hundred”) business some 5 years ago, we always wanted to introduce a new look. Well, this year we finally felt we had the spare money to make it happen. We could finally afford a much needed face lift of our shop frontage.

The business operates from a listed building right in the middle of Romsey (on The Hundred). We do everything here from serving our customers in shop to finishing the new picture frames. We absolutely love what we do and feel we have at last given the place that classic distinctive look it deserves.

A Wish from the Start

We have consistently balanced the desire for change with the ongoing sustainability of the business each year. Echoing the sentiments of our customers and followers, we often hear expressions like, "Please don’t close," and "I’m so glad you’re still here." One of the reasons we took over the business several years ago was because we, too, wanted to ensure it remained open and part of Romsey’s historic and varied town center.

Bring the Vision to Life

Our design goal has always been to infuse the space with a vintage charm. We aimed for painted wood paneling paired with timeless fonts and graphics. The wooden cornice above the main shop display, along with the revitalized hanging baskets, evoke a classic, inviting, and familiar storefront aesthetic.

Thinking about Christmas

It’s a bit early we know, but we do get quite busy and never want to disappoint. At Romsey Picture Framing, we believe your cherished memories and artwork deserve more than a frame—they deserve heartfelt care and expert attention. With a wide range of mouldings, mounts, and glass options, we craft the perfect frame to complement your style and highlight your piece’s unique charm. Plus, explore our collection of exquisite fine art prints, beautifully mounted and framed—ideal as a thoughtful Christmas gift!

"We hope you’ll visit our shop in Romsey and see things for yourself and perhaps get inspired. A new artwork print, framed photo, picture or memorabilia item makes a superb Christmas gift. We hope you like the new shop front!"
